CSA Week 4
This week it was:
Whole Wheat Pasta
Parsley Pasta
Green Garlic (not pictured, sorry!)
Kaboko Cabbage
Mustard greens
Kale
Collard Greens
Strawberries
Raw Milk Havarti
Red Sour Cherries
White Cherries
Beets (also not pictured)
The cherries are sooooo good. So are the strawberries. They taste so different that the ones you buy at the grocery store, so much more flavor.
I made an amazing soup with roasted red peppers, white beans, and used the collard greens along with lots of garlic and some couscous. I had no idea what I was doing but it turned out so good!

YUM. I didn’t sign up for one of those this year and I”m completely regretting it.
